Hi Melissa, thanks I bought the lunchbox – actually a cardboard suitcase, so probably better for toys etc than edible things on a daily basis – from a toyshop for £3, but they can be bought online in sets of 3 as well as individually. I can’t see the manufacturer name but ebay has some.. see below:

Thanks Sue, made me smile! Harry has decided that I am Gromit the dog in all our pretend play, with the innate superiority complex all 2yr olds possess… and every meal has to contain ‘cracking cheese!’. I’m just hoping he doesn’t request that I make the Wrong Trousers as that would be a bit beyond my capabilities…

Thanks Gillian! The reels were given to Harry at his last birthday party and came from ELC as part of their crafts range – they come in a tub of about 20 with string, and I think are intended for stringing into necklaces etc, but they’re useful for a million and one things, especially given a healthy dose of imagination …. we rip them off old projects and glue them onto new ones pretty ruthlessly… x
