The love you’ve poured into this project shows, and you’ve done a beautiful job! I’m certain that the quilt will be much treasured, whatever you may do with it, but since you’ve asked, I myself would use it as a decorative throw. Your lovely hand stitching and beading must be such fun to touch and examine up close, and while one would hope most of the touching would be on the gentler side, surely any fallen stars could be replaced one day if you save the pattern? I used to be more particular about how things were used and kept (especially ones I’d spent much time making myself), but I’ve learned that in my home, at least, the more “loved” and handled special objects are, the more valued and fondly remembered they seem to become later on!
