Hi Kate, I think you posted once about watermarking on pics. If you did, can you recommend a software & also would like to know if it’s simple to use. Thanks for your help…

Ah, not me I’m afraid! I’ve never used watermarking so can’t help you… It’s worth having a quick look on Pinterest for bloggers who do and reaching out to one. Good luck :-)

Kate – What paint colour have you used in the lounge?

Hi Paula, it’s called ‘Shaded White’ by Farrow and Ball – we love it because it changes subtly through the day with the light.

Hi Kate – do you mind me asking who did the blog design for this gorgeous gallery section? I remember you mentioning it ages ago but can’t find the post, sorry. Gillian x

Hi Gillian, of course! It was the wonderful Stacey at http://www.agoodehouse.com, who does blog and web work and applies a little magic to transform sites; it’s definitely worth reaching out to her x

I look at your blog when I’m in need of some creative inspiration!
I was just wondering what is the name of the font you use in quite a few of your projects? I like its handwritten quality – fluid yet easy to read.
    thanks!

Hi Leonie, there are two I use often, one is Diesel Rudolf and is available free to download at sites like Dafont.com; the other is Jacques et Gilles which you have to buy (about $30 from memory) – google either and you’ll quickly find them. Hope that helps!

I think you are amazing. I discovered your blog the other day and I just look at it when I feel sad and need a bit of fun in my life. Today we have boxed up toys for the elves workshop and off to use our torch to flash them tonight. My eldest did ask about how he could be sure not to get the same dinosaur puzzle back we were giving away, but had a good answer. The kids are soooo excited!! Thank you :)

    Hello Kate
I’m revisiting some of your old posts in a quest to find a mention of the grey backdrop that you use.
Alas, although it’s been wonderful remembering all the beautiful things you’ve created, I cannot find any information.
    Please help.
PS. A very happy Easter to you :-)

What do you suggest we put behind our outdoor fairy garden door? Our Grands 3 & 5, will be here in a few weeks & I am sure one of then will open the red door which is at the base of a 100 yr old oak tree. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
